How to Use PraisePal on Your Phone
Add PraisePal to your phone's home screen for quick access, and learn what you can do on mobile.
Who this is for:
Employees who want to access PraisePal from their phone.
What you'll achieve
You'll add PraisePal to your phone's home screen so you can open it with a single tap β just like any other app. You'll also know exactly what you can do on mobile and where to go if something needs a bigger screen.
What works on your phone
PraisePal works right in your phone's browser β no app store download needed. Everything you do day-to-day is available on mobile:
Browse the feed β see recognitions and celebrations from your team
Give recognition β the full recognition form works on mobile, including points and company values
Redeem rewards β browse gift cards and custom rewards, and redeem directly from your phone
Share recognitions β tap Share on any recognition to send it via your phone's share menu (messaging apps, social media, copy link, etc.)
View profiles β check your own activity and see teammates' recognition history
Admin settings (budgets, workspace configuration, integrations) require a desktop or tablet. If you try to access admin features on your phone, PraisePal will let you know and offer to take you back to the feed.

What to expect after
A PraisePal icon appears on your home screen. Tap it to go straight to your workspace β you'll stay logged in as long as your session is active, so most of the time it opens right where you left off.
The icon opens PraisePal in your phone's browser. It works the same way as visiting the site directly, just faster to get to.

Pro tips
Use native sharing. When you tap Share on a recognition from your phone, your phone's share menu pops up β so you can send it straight to WhatsApp, Slack, Teams, or wherever your team hangs out. It's faster than copying and pasting a link.
Log in once, stay logged in. After your first login, PraisePal keeps your session active. Bookmark it or add it to your home screen and you'll rarely need to enter your credentials again.
